Ability:

Play this card to completely reset either you or your opponent's turn. The turn that is reset is determined by which player’s turn it was when this card was played. Resetting the turn includes all events and actions that have happened during the turn it was played and resets them back to just prior to when the players, whose turn it is, was about to draw a card. This card cannot be returned from the cemetery. This includes being returned from the cemetery by resetting the turn by another hourglass of Time effect.
