Refunds & Returns for Gifts on the Bloc

If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased, within 30 days you can ship it back to us for a refund of the value of the item not including any shipping and handling. The product must be new, and unused. 

Providing this refund is at our discretion and is based off of the condition of the item we receive and other factors. If we cannot provide a refund for your item, such as it being damaged by the user, we will return the item to sender with a letter stating why. 

Returns can take up to 7 days to process and 7 to 10 business days to return to your payment method. 

We reserve the right to withhold a 10% restocking fee of the products purchased. We do not charge a restocking fee when the refund is applied to store credit. Sending a product to us is your responsibility, purchasing a return label, and properly addressing it to us. When sending you an exchanged item on return, we pay to ship it back to you.


Returns

Before sending the appropriate item to you, we must receive the return whether at our physical locations or shipped to us. Defective Items

We reserve the right to work with customers on a case-by-case basis for how we go about the exchange of a product. We do however always offer an exchange for defective products. If an item is defective, we can provide a full in store credit of the item purchased, an identical item, or full refund - after we receive the item for return. We consider a product defective whether blemishes or in functionality if it was that way from the manufacturer and we missed it in our QC before shipping it out to you. We do not cover defects caused by the receiver of the product whether through misuse or accident. 


Pre-Order Purchase Refunds

We do not refund "preorder" purchases. If you no longer wish to order the products you've preordered, we can apply that amount to your store credit. However, we reserve the right to hold a 10% fee and return the remaining balance to your payment method if we consider the cancellation unreasonable. ( Ex. we had a customer preordered 10 cases of a product. They canceled their order after we received the items and we were stuck with the remaining product. ) We've yet to exercise this right but are maintaining it to protect ourselves. We're a small business and can't absorb the loss as some larger retailers can.
